INTEGRIS Health is happy to announce the newly constructed INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Deer Creek primary care clinic is now officially open for business!
The new facility is located at 19301 N. Pennsylvania Avenue in Edmond. Jordan Hammer, PA-C, and Cameron Steele, M.D., both from INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Edmond Renaissance moved to this new clinic. They treat patients of all ages, from infants to adults.
INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Deer Creek is accepting new patients. The staff is capable of providing complete care for families, including primary care clinic services such as annual exams, immunizations and well-child checks.
