Benefits and Perks

Salary and benefits are subject to change but generally include the following:

Average salaries 

• First Year $65,839
• Second Year $68,250
• Third Year $70,350
• $500 per year for conferences, books, educational tools, etc. for PGY1's and PGY2's
• $2,000 for conferences, books, educational tools, ABFM Certification Exam, etc. for PGY3's
• 25 days paid vacation annually

Insurance

Residents are entitled to the INTEGRIS Health employee benefit plan as outlined in the INTEGRIS Health employee benefits handbook. Medical, dental, disability and life insurance offered at a low cost for residents. Additional coverage may be added for the resident and/or family members for a nominal fee.
