To better manage and accommodate patient appointments, our scheduling guidelines help maximize the number of patients we are able to see on a daily basis.
We ask that you make every effort possible to attend scheduled appointments. Our hope is that you find your time with us valuable and beneficial. We understand occasional schedule conflicts, family emergencies and illnesses will occur; we appreciate your calls to cancel or reschedule these appointments ahead of time.
Please note failure to provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to missing an appointment is considered a no show. Three or more no shows within a 12-month period may lead to dismissal from the practice.
