Your health care team consists of many health care professionals working together to ensure you receive excellent care consistent with INTEGRIS Health's high standards. Room assignments are based on your admitting diagnosis and bed availability at the time of your admission. Each of our spacious private rooms is equipped with amenities to support the healing process. Rooms include a flat-screen television, wireless Internet capability, a personal safe to secure belongings, and a comfortable sofa sleeper. Guest lounges are located on the second and third floors for your comfort and enjoyment.
If you or a family member has a concern about your condition or feel that something is not right, please call *911 from a hospital phone. The call will be communicated to the administrative supervisor, who will serve as the first responder along with the patient's nurse to assess the patient's condition and determine next steps. This may include educating the patient and family on their clinical condition, contacting the rapid assessment team, and/or calling the physician.

Because we value your opinion, you will receive a confidential patient satisfaction survey in the mail about one week after your discharge from INTEGRIS Health Edmond. For your safety, INTEGRIS Health employees are required to wear name tags at all times. If you are concerned about your care during your stay, please ask to speak to the nurse in charge immediately. A team manager or lead nurse is in charge at all times on your floor and will assist you. Clinical directors oversee clinical aspects of each unit, including patient care. An administrative supervisor, also known as a house supervisor, is available 24/7. Both of these staff members can assist you.
