Visiting a patient in the hospital is more than a simple gesture; it is a vital part of their recovery journey. Here’s what you need to know about visiting a patient.
Each floor has designated quiet times posted. Please inform the nursing staff of your specific needs.

The main entrance is located between 2nd and 15th St. off the I-35 frontage road. A secondary entrance is located off 15th St. east of I-35. To access the hospital between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., enter through the emergency department entrance, located on the northwest corner of the hospital.
Parking for patients, family members and guests surrounds the INTEGRIS Health Edmond campus. Handicap parking is located adjacent to each entry. Parking spots reserved for expectant mothers are located between the hospital and the medical office building.
INTEGRIS Health Edmond Hospital Seasons Gifts is located in the main lobby near the information desk.
Hospital volunteer auxiliary members deliver mail to assigned patient rooms. If mail is received after a patient has been discharged, it will be forwarded to the patient's home address on file.
Floral deliveries will be received at the hospital information desk and distributed by the volunteer auxiliary to patient rooms as soon as possible. Due to respiratory and allergy complications, latex balloons are not allowed in the hospital. Please note we cannot deliver plants and flowers to the ICU patient room but can deliver to the ICU nurses station.
Meals are served in Café 2011 located on the Café level of the hospital. Accessible via guest elevators, general café hours are as follows:

The coffee bar is located in the front lobby on the first floor.
Vending Services are available 24 hours.
For your safety, INTEGRIS Health employees are required to wear name tags at all times. If you are concerned about your safety or security, ask to speak to the nurse in charge immediately.
