INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation offers outpatient brain injury rehabilitation and recovery programs to patients of all ages and all ability levels. Our range of services treats individuals with both traumatic and non-traumatic brain injuries.

Parkinson's Wellness Recovery, also called PWR UP!™, is a research-based physical therapy program offered only at INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation centers. This program uses the principles of neuroplasticity to optimize brain health, learning and function.

PWR UP! is beneficial to all patients diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease at any stage of the disease. When our Parkinson's rehabilitation program is paired with a structured exercise program, participants have shown slowed disease progression, restored motor function, increased longevity and improved quality of life.

When you’re struggling with neuromuscular conditions or recovering from a traumatic event like a stroke or brain injury, it can be difficult to not only speak again but to communicate effectively. That’s why INTEGRIS Health brings you SPEAK OUT!®, a speech therapy program based on the teachings of Dr. Daniel R. Boone and taught by a speech-language pathologist.

Throughout the program, you’ll learn to speak with intent and improve your overall communication skills. Upon completion of the SPEAK OUT! program, patients not only report improvements in their vocal volume, articulation and swallowing, but in their overall confidence and quality of life, as well.

At INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation in Oklahoma City, we are committed to providing consistent, patient-centered programs for the delivery of stroke rehabilitation and physical therapy in Oklahoma. Early intervention by rehabilitation professionals stimulates recovery and helps individuals regain their maximum abilities in those areas.

For stroke care, you and your caregivers are the primary team members. We tailor your treatment plan to focus on what is important to you. Led by our stroke medical director, our interdisciplinary team focuses on whole-person recovery. Individuals can be admitted to our Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF)-accredited stroke program from a hospital, another rehabilitation program or from home.
