Conveniently located between four major interstates, Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Center at INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center is a 36-bed rehabilitation facility specialized in providing care and rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputations and a variety of other conditions.

With a care team dedicated to your recovery process, each patient will receive a rehabilitation plan tailored to fit your condition needs. Our therapists and care team will not only provide you rehabilitation but additional education and tools to help you regain your quality of life and manage your condition.

Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Southwest

Jim Thorpe Inpatient Rehabilitation is located at the corner of SW 44th and Western. It's attached to the INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center complex.
Take the elevator to the 2nd or 3rd floor (room numbers start with a 5 and the room numbers follow - i.e. 5202 - 2nd floor, 5302 - 3rd floor). A caregiver at the main desk will welcome you.
All inpatient rehabilitation rooms are private and comfortable.
The therapy gym offers advanced equipment to assist patients in the rehabilitation process.

A conference room is available for meetings with patients, families and caregivers to plan therapy and discharge.
The South location has an aquatic center that is utilized by inpatients as well as outpatients. The aquatic center is run by physical therapy who specialize in aquatic therapy.
