2024 INTEGRIS Health Annual Fit Testing 

  Caregiver Health is excited to announce 2024 Annual Fit Testing opportunities. This year’s Fit Testing Initiative is comprised of a series of fit testing pop-ups located throughout a few INTEGRIS Health locations. Fit tests are recommended for caregivers who work in respiratory therapy departments, emergency departments and departments with negative pressure isolation rooms.

When is fit testing happening?

Monday through Friday 

• INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center: Monday, Jan. 1 through Friday, Jan. 26 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the ISS Planning Room. 
• INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center: Monday, Jan. 29 through Wednesday Feb. 7 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Dining Rooms 3 and 4. 
• INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley Hospital: Monday, Feb. 12 and Tuesday, Feb. 13 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Conference Room C.
• INTEGRIS Health Edmond Hospital: Thursday, Feb. 15 and Friday, Feb. 16 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. in North Santa Fe Conference Room.
  
  

• Fill out the OSHA Respiratory survey in Ready Set before you show up.

• Appointments are NOT required.
• Caregivers will be unable to be fit tested if their facial hair impedes the seal of the N95 Respirator. If you have facial hair, please review the approved list using the following link Facial Hairstyles and Filtering Facepiece Respirators
