INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center has been a part of the southwest Oklahoma City community for over 50 years. South Community Hospital opened its doors in 1965 with three floors, 73 beds and the high-quality health care South Oklahoma City needed. Since then, the South Metro has grown, and so have we. In 1995, we became INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center and today we are home to 334 beds, seven centers of excellence, and a comprehensive medical center offering a full range of services.
Centers of Excellence on the INTEGRIS Health Southwest campus include the INTEGRIS Health Cancer Institute of Oklahoma, the INTEGRIS Health Southwest Breast Health and Imaging Center, INTEGRIS Health Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation, the INTEGRIS Health Neuromuscular Center, the INTEGRIS Health M.J. and S. Elizabeth Schwartz Sleep Disorders Center and the INTEGRIS Health James R. Daniel Stroke Center. Each of these facilities uses state-of-the-art technology in its battle against illness and is led by highly skilled, experienced and caring individuals who are committed to staying at the forefront of medical technology to give patients the best care available.
In partnership with physicians, nurses and support personnel, in more than 40 areas of medical specialty, our mission is to partner with people to live healthier lives. A leader in providing care in the Oklahoma City area, INTEGRIS Health Southwest also serves Canadian, Cleveland, Logan, McClain, Oklahoma and Pottawatomie counties. INTEGRIS Health Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation and the INTEGRIS Health Cancer Institute of Oklahoma, located on the INTEGRIS Health Southwest campus, provide services to patient populations from around the state and region.
