INTEGRIS Health’s 10-week paid summer internship program provides an opportunity for highly motivated undergraduate and graduate students to work alongside senior leaders in various focus areas within Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit healthcare system.

Interns will gain experience in healthcare management through real-world project work, leadership meeting attendance, and exposure to the operations of a large integrated health system. Additionally, interns will participate in learning, shadowing, and network opportunities, both individually and as a cohort. The INTEGRIS Health summer internship program provides an exciting hands-on healthcare administration experience for emerging healthcare leaders.
For the 2024 summer internship program, we are pleased to offer four internships with key departments within our organization. There is one position available per concentration. Individual department leaders will serve as your preceptor and guide your project work, while our administrative fellow will serve as the program supervisor.
Applicants are considered for all concentrations. After interviews are complete, applicants will submit a ranked list of preferred internship placements for consideration.
To qualify for this internship, applicants must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in health care administration, business administration, nursing, public health, health informatics, human resources, finance, or a related field. Recent graduates from these healthcare and business-related fields can also qualify.
