INTEGRIS Health, JT Clinical Development seeks to ensure fair treatment of every person and to make every attempt to resolve complaints in a equitable manner. Grievances should be directed to [email protected] and will be sent to the Rehab Development Consultant for review. All grievances are kept confidential and all persons are treated with respect and kindness as the parties involved work to resolve the grievance. If the grievance remains unresolved, it will be directed to the Clinical Services Director of INTEGRIS Health Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation to resolve. Individuals not pleased with a grievance resolution provided by have the option to appeal to the INTEGRIS Health Board of Directors if they are displeased with the results of the process.
