Speaker Bio: Ashish Masih, M.D. is a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurologist with INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Dr. Masih attended St. Christopher College of Medicine in Luton, England, and completed residency training at the University of Cincinnati. He furthered his education with fellowship training at the University of Oklahoma. He cares for adults with all types of neurologic diseases. His interests include epilepsy and stroke, but he also enjoys seeing patients with multiple sclerosis, headaches and movement disorders. Dr. Masih believes in preventive medicine and partners with his patients to improve their overall health. He works closely with primary care physicians and specialists to provide better patient care and applies evidence-based medicine to his practice. He believes that having a good sense of humor will make his patients feel at ease. Dr. Masih is excited to be back in his home state and practicing medicine at INTEGRIS Health. She is a native to Tennessee and has spent the entirety of her career in the inpatient rehabilitation sector. She has been married to her college sweetheart, Alan, for 9 years and has two beautiful and active children. Speaker Bio: Katherine “Kate” Byrne, OTR/L; Kate graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center with her master’s in occupational therapy in May 2020. Following graduation, Kate assisted in teaching courses at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in the occupational therapy department. The courses included Exploring Community Participation, Elective – Autism Level Up!, and Interdisciplinary Case Management. Speaker Bio: Stacy Bockelman, OT/L, ATP began her career at INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in 1998 and then received her master’s degree in 2007 and became an OT/L. She worked at INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Inpatient Hospital on the spinal cord injury floor from 2002 to 2016 and then transitioned her career to INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Outpatient South in 2016, where she currently works today. She received her ATP certification in 2005 from the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology of North America (RESNA). Julie received her Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification in 2007. She began working in the INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Seating Clinic in 2010 where she evaluates individuals for custom wheelchairs and seating systems. She received her Seating and Mobility Specialist (SMS) certification in 2019. Speaker Bio: Tara Turvey, OTR/L, CHT, CLT graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center’s Occupational Therapy program in 2000. She obtained lymphedema therapy certification in December 2004. Tara achieved hand therapy certification in November, 2009. She has over 20 years of experience in treatment of patients with complex upper extremity diagnoses, cancer-related dysfunction, and lymphedema. In her role as the Clinical Specialist for Hand Therapy at Integris Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation, she has presented multiple courses on topics including hand therapy, orthotic fabrication, kinesiotaping for edema management, and breast cancer related lymphedema rehabilitation. Tara has a particular interest in developing therapists’ skills and confidence in the field of hand therapy through mentorship and training. She is a current member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and NBCOT.

In 2022 she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. Lindsey has worked in a variety of settings including Skilled Nursing, Infections Disease, Women’s Health, Family and Internal Medicine before transitioning to INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation. Lindsey is passionate about rehabilitation, as she can see the progress patients make and connect with patients and their family members. Speaker Bio: Mark Pitambersingh, CPO, attended California State University: Dominguez Hills and completed his Bachelor of Science in 2005 where he also received his O&P education. He was a resident at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City. He has more than 15 years of experience in the O&P industry. Mark returned to his roots in Oklahoma and joined the Hanger Clinic team where he has been an invaluable resource to his team, patients and referral partners. He takes pride in the care he provides his patients and treats them as if they were his own family. Mark is the proud father of three beautiful kids with the youngest daughter joining their clan in 2022.
