Welcome to Medical Plaza Surgery Center, the number 1 surgery center in America, according to us. Although our department is relatively small, we are a fast-paced outpatient surgery center that sees more than 20 patients daily. We are tucked away on the 3rd floor of Building B at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center. We have five OR suites and seven rooms for each phase of perioperative care.
We perform a variety of surgical procedures for patients covering the entire spectrum of the age continuum. Our outpatient surgical specialties include colon and rectal surgery, general surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, neurological surgery (pain management), ophthalmic surgery, oral surgery, otorhinolaryngology pediatric surgery, and vascular surgery.

MPSC is a great unit for all nurses, no matter where you are in your nursing career. New graduate nurses work their way through a nurse residency program and are assigned a preceptor at MPSC. In contrast, experienced nurses can continue to gain skills and broaden their horizons with various procedures. Through working closely with a multidisciplinary team, nurses find themselves in an environment that fosters success and job satisfaction.
