Paul Silverstein Burn Center

Welcome to The Burn Center, also known as 3 West.  

We are a19-bed unit that also includes four ICU beds. Our unit is designed to provide integrated specialty services during the phases of burn injury recovery. Our team of burn surgeons, nurses, case and social workers, and techs work together to address the physical and emotional needs of our patients. We are a very team-driven unit.

All of Burn Center staff receive specialized wound training to provide high quality wound care to burn patients. Our staff is highly invested in the success of our entire team.

We take care of the adult burn and wound population that can range from medical-surgical to critical care, so our staff is trained in both areas of nursing. We also serve as an overflow unit medical-surgical and critical care patients.
