Referral Bonus Amounts

  Experienced Bedside RN Referral (Licensed for more than one year) New Grad Bedside RN Referral (Licensed for less than 1 year) CT Technologist, Radiology Technologist, MRI Technologist and Ultrasound Technologist  Any other INTEGRIS Health job referral
Bonus paid at 90 days  $5,000 $2,500  $5,000 $1,500
Bonus paid at 18 months  $2,500 $1,000 -  -

Referral Bonus Details

  • Bonuses will be paid once the new caregiver has been on the job for 90 days. If there is a secondary bonus amount, it will be paid when the new caregiver has worked 18 months.
  • If you refer someone to a part-time position, you will receive 50% of the eligible bonus amount.
  • Referrals to PRN positions do not qualify for bonuses.
  • Physicians, HR caregivers or anyone at a manager level or above are ineligible for referral bonuses.
  • There is no limit to the number of referral bonuses an eligible caregiver can receive.

How to Get a Referral Bonus

  • To get a referral bonus, your referred friend needs to apply for a position on integrishealth.org/careers and put your name on the application in the referral section.
  • Referred candidates must accept a job offer by Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024, to receive this round of bonuses.
