Referral Bonus Amounts

RN - Bedside  $5,000
Diagnostic Testing $5,000
Rehabilitation $5,000
Other Jobs $1,500

Referral Bonus Details

  • Bonuses will be paid once the new caregiver has been on the job for 90 days.
  • If you refer someone to a part-time position, you will receive 50% of the eligible bonus amount.
  • Referrals to PRN positions do not qualify for bonuses.
  • Physicians, HR caregivers or anyone at a manager level or above are ineligible for referral bonuses.
  • There is no limit to the number of referral bonuses an eligible caregiver can receive.

How to Get a Referral Bonus

  • To get a referral bonus, your referred friend needs to apply for a position on integrishealth.org/careers and put your name on the application in the referral section.
  • Referred candidates must accept a job offer by Tuesday, June 30, 2026, to receive the above-listed bonuses.
