As Oklahoma's largest health systems, we give caregivers the opportunity to use many of the same care teams and services they help support every day.

Eligible caregivers may have access to:

  • Medical, dental and vision coverage
  • Preventive care covered at 100% when using in-network providers
  • Primary care and mental health visits with a $20 copay
  • Specialist and urgent care visits with a $40 copay
  • Prescription drug coverage, with best pricing available at INTEGRIS Health Pharmacies
  • Flexible spending accounts for eligible health care and dependent care expenses
  • Employee Assistance Program with free, confidential counseling and referral services
  • Fitness resources and discounts

Your Pay

Supporting caregivers means looking beyond base pay. INTEGRIS Health offers financial benefits designed to recognize the work you do today while helping you plan for what comes next.

Eligible caregivers may have access to:

  • Special pay programs for eligible shifts, weekends, holidays and on-call work
  • Retirement savings plan with INTEGRIS Health matching contributions
  • Additional annual retirement contribution for eligible caregivers
  • Life and AD&D insurance
  • Short-term disability coverage
  • Long-term disability coverage for full-time caregivers

Caregivers may contribute to the Retirement Savings Plan up to IRS limits on a pre-tax or Roth after-tax basis. INTEGRIS Health matches 50% of the first 8% contributed. Eligible caregivers who meet service requirements may also receive an additional 2% annual retirement contribution.

Paid time off is front-loaded and based on years of service for eligible full-time and part-time caregivers. Full-time and part-time caregivers receive 25 days of PTO at the start of each calendar year, with additional PTO available after five years of service.

Eligible caregivers may also receive paid family leave after 12 months of service, adoption assistance and discounts at INTEGRIS Health locations, including cafeterias, gift shops and eligible pharmacy purchases.

Generally, full-time and regular part-time caregivers can become covered on the first of the month after date of hire.

Benefit eligibility varies by employment status, position and length of service. Full-time and regular part-time caregivers are generally eligible for many benefits.

Some benefits, including paid time off, adoption assistance, family leave pay and tuition reimbursement, may have additional eligibility requirements.

Yes. INTEGRIS Health offers medical, dental and vision coverage for eligible caregivers and their families. Medical coverage is provided through our custom network of providers, facilities and specialties. Dental coverage is administered by Cigna Dental and vision coverage is administered by VSP.

Yes. INTEGRIS Health benefits are designed to help caregivers make use of INTEGRIS Health providers, specialists, pharmacies and facilities across Oklahoma. Caregivers can find the greatest savings when visiting INTEGRIS Health providers and facilities.

Yes. Caregivers may contribute to the Retirement Savings Plan, and INTEGRIS Health offers matching contributions. INTEGRIS Health also provides an additional annual retirement contribution for eligible caregivers.

Yes. After one year of service, eligible full-time caregivers may receive up to $2,500 per year, and regular part-time caregivers may receive up to $1,250 per year.

Eligible caregivers may have access to benefits and resources that support learning and career growth, including residency programs, student pathways, certification support and other development opportunities. Availability may vary by role, department and eligibility.

Yes. Full-time and part-time caregivers receive 25 days of PTO front-loaded at the start of each calendar year, no waiting to accrue. In your fifth year, that increases to 30 days. PTO can be used for personal time, holidays, illness, unplanned absences or to bridge the short-term disability waiting period.
