Meet our current fellow Gavyn Smith

Gavyn Smith earned his Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Utah Valley University. He completed his Master of Health Administration at Texas A&M University. During his time at Texas A&M, Gavyn gained valuable experience as the Practice Administrator and Head of HR at Peak ENT Associates.

While at Peak ENT, he contributed to projects that increased surgical volumes, optimized patient workflows and implemented a new HRIS to enhance the employee experience. Gavyn is excited to be with INTEGRIS Health, where he is focused on contributing to the mission of “partnering with people to live healthier lives.” Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and attending sporting events with his family.

"I had the opportunity to begin my career at the highest level of a large health system and see firsthand how INTEGRIS Health leaders intentionally drive the organization toward success. I was also mentored by these leaders as we worked together to further the organization's mission. During my fellowship, I had the opportunity to step into an interim role, which allowed me to gain valuable hands-on experience in a hospital setting while continuing to grow professionally. It was an incredible opportunity that I am truly grateful for, and one that has had a lasting impact on my career." - Mark Angus, 2025

Why apply at INTEGRIS Health?
